To edit location information for a piece of data, navigate to the data "Details" view. If the data item does not have location information associated with it, or if you want to add additional location information, follow these steps:

 

  1. Scroll to the "Location Servers" Section.
  2. Tap on "Fetch from Primary Servers". After several moments, the "GPS" Section, "Street Address" Section, and "Neighbourhood" Section will be updated with location information.
  3. If the location information generated by the primary Location Servers is not accurate, tap on "Fetch from Alternative Servers". After several moments, the "GPS" Section, "Street Address" Section, and "Neighbourhood" Section will be updated with location information
  4. If you are not satisfied with the location information generated by the primary or secondary Location Servers, tap on the "Edit" button on the top navigation bar to manually change the location information.
  5. If you do not add a map label then when you visualize the item on a map, it will use its title.


    If you add a map label, then when you visualize the item on a map, it will not use its title but instead it will use its map label.


    To add a map label, scroll to the "GPS" Section and tap on the "Edit" toolbar item which is on the top of the view.


    Type a memoriable label and tap "Done".
